Wednesday from Yepoon to Airlie Beach 3 rd oct
Well what funny day, all ready to leave 8 am Alan spits his dummy and is not talking , don't know why.
He leads us from the car park with Frank in toe ,we never saw them again until we refueled at Marlborough ,then with his dummy still stuck he races of again with Frank . Never saw them again until we reached our destination at Airlie Beach
Vic had planned the routes so that we could show Alan some of our Australian country side, but that was not good enough Alan with Frank changed to routes and told Vic this morning, then he had to recalculate his Garmin to know where he was going
Vic at a fuel stop had another bad headache and a chest pain, Denis had to help him of the bike.Alan and Frank both had finished morning tea when we arrived,after a few minutes Alan was on his bike revving the motor for us to hurry up, we are not impressed
We rode thru some beautiful country side and sugar cane farms today was nice and sunny the wind was a little gusty at times.
Wayne spoke to Frank about meeting them at Eton but they were no where to be seen,we had a snack from a van that sold pies and coke we waited for about 1hour for them they went straight to our accommodation .
We arrived about ;4-30 pm and could not find the place, but when we did Alan had picked the biggest double room and vic and I are in a cupboard (well feels like it).
Not happy Jan .also there was a race for a washing machine I just made it this time,i think we rode about 580 k today .
I don't know where we are eating but we may have a romantic seafood dinner for two.
Denis has been good and is looking after Vic
I dont know what we are doing or the next few days but i hope that Vic can relax
