We went to the RSL for dinner last night where Alan told us his story about going Scuba Diving.
It was quite long and in full detail.He was disappointed that he did not get to dive on the outer reef of the barrier but had a good 2 dives and saw some coral and pretty fish,he went to Whitehaven beach and did a nature walk and was impressed.
The only bad point was that he cut 3 fingers on the coral and went to the Hospital in Gympie to have it treated also had a tetanus injection Just to be on the safe side.he had it all bandaged and was ok .
This morning Frank woke to find he had a flat tyre so he plugged it for todays ride
Went to maccas early so Alan could sleep in for a little more, and we were on the road at 8am
The road was going to long and straight Murgon,Kingaroy,where Frank tried to get a tyre but they did not have a socket big enough to fit the Ducati so Frank rode slow behind Vic and me then onto Dalby Miillmerran,Inglewood to Goondiwindi arriving at 3pm
Vic led and I was second all day. Yeah the weather is quite warm it got to 32 c
We all deserve a beer and a sleep,Waynes headlight blew so the 4boys changed the light bulb.
To days ride was a short ride 480ks.
