Day 3 Nambucca to Casino

 Day 3 Nambucca to Casino 400 ks short ride 27 th sept

Leaving Nambucca motel at 7-45 we travelled along the highway til the turn off to Bellengen
Vic was leading the magnificent seven with Frank and Alan on his back tyre
Again i was tail end charlie just to keep them all in order.
We reached the turn off to a rough short cut that followed the river, Frank and Alan wizzed passed Vic and missed the turn, we gave them a few minutes and waited for their return but to no vail so the 5of us rode this bumpy twisty road and seeing the beautiful valley.
We at last arrive in Bellingen and looking in my rear view mirror they were behind us.
We had breakfast at Juans cafe in Dorrigo it took a little while as he was by himself.

Alan presented Juan a Pale riders t shirt and the photos were taken all round.
Next we Ride the sweeping bends to the New England highway where they had to wait for me as the " boys" were racing and doing over 150 too fast for me.

Next we ride through some valleys and catch a ferry to Mclean and ride the twisties along the Clarence river, having fish and chips at a co- op and then doing a quick run to Yamba to Show Alan the sights..
Back on the highway ! With bumper to bumper trucks and cars just so busy so we turn of to the road to Casino. The "boys "were at it again swapping bikes and going as fast as they could .over 150 this time real stupid .
We arrive at Casino at 4pm and heading now to the pub for a cool ale
Vic is getting better everyday.
Tomorrow we are off to the Sunshine coast. Where warren is getting a new tyre fitted as his is now bald
